Mr. Abu Ali was appointed to the Board of GNAT Cancer Foundation (GCF) in January, 2022. Currently, he is the District Chairman for Sissala GNAT in the Upper West Region of Ghana, from December 2017 up – to – date. Other positions held in GNAT include District Vice Chairman and School Representative.
He is on the Rank of Assistant Director I and teaches at Tumu Senior High Technical School. Mr. Abu Ali is also the Head of Agriculture Science Department in the same school and the Dean of Student Discipline.
He holds BSc. Agriculture Technology from University for Development Studies, 3 – Year Post Secondary Certificate ‘’A’’ from Tumu Teachers’ Training College (now Tumu College of Education) and a certificate in Pensions Administration from National Pensions College, Accra.

Christian Yaw Adinkra, the GNAT Chairman for Madina Adenta Abokobi District of the Greater Accra Region was awarded for exhibiting Most Exceptional Leader Skills on President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative, Reg.LC, WA, Accra in 2015.
He holds Master of Art (MA) in Teaching English as A Second Language from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Master of Science (MSc) in Climate Change and Sustainable Development also from the University of Ghana, Legon w a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies (Journalism) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Accra and a Diploma In Basic Education (DBE) from the Accra College of Education. Currently, he is pursuing MBA in Corporate Communications at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. As a Fellow of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), he has a certificate in Leadership and Public Policy Management, from YALI Regional Leadership Center, GIMPA- West Africa, Accra. He is married to a nurse with two children.
